Pets are welcome at The Promenade Apartments! Two pets (cats or dogs) are permitted per apartment. Limit of two cats, two dogs, or one dog and one cat per apartment. There is a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet and a non-refundable fee of $300 for pets up to 35 lbs. or $600 for pets 36-50 lbs. The fees apply to the combined weight of the pets.
